Brownies support whales and dolphins

Aberdeen's Going Wild!

For 10 weeks next summer, a trail of colourful life-size dolphin sculptures will take to the streets of Aberdeen in aid of WDC.

We are working with the Archie Foundation (a local children’s hospital charity), local artists, businesses and schools to create the Wild Dolphins project.

It will provide loads of free fun for the community and visitors alike as they search for all the dolphins dotted around the city centre.

At the end of the 10-week art project the sculptures will be auctioned to raise money for WDC and Archie.

Local schools will be getting involved by buying a smaller version of the sculpture that they can keep. Each school will receive a brilliant pack full of dolphin information and how to decorate the sculpture, and WDC will also visit the school to give a talk.

For more detail about the project and how schools in and around Aberdeen can get involved, please download the Wild Dolphins Education Programme flyer and registration form.
