Carl Heery of Fairfield Plaice says "We are an environmentally friendly fish and chip shop in Derbyshire. We do not use plastic, polythene or polystyrene in our packaging. All our packaging is recyclable. Our electricity is from renewable sources, the range is high efficiency and uses 40% less gas and we use 1/3 of the water the previous tenant did through our methods."
