WDCS Scotland
WDCS works throughout Scotland, campaigning for greater protection of the country's whales and dolphins.
We also fund research and education initiatives, run two wildlife centres in the Moray Firth at Spey Bay and North Kessock, and our POD campaign is fighting to ensure a future for the Moray Firth's dolphins. You can find out about our current research project in Gairloch on our blog.
WDCS Scotland is committed to increasing the understanding of cetaceans and the threats that they face in Scottish waters and providing solutions to conservation and welfare issues.
Add your voice to our campaign to protect Scotland's whales and dolphins with the creation of the Hebrides Marine Reserve.
Protect Our Dolphins (POD) is our campaign to protect the dolphins that live in Scotland’s Moray Firth.
Scotland offers numerous opportunities to see whales and dolphins in their natural environment, both from land and sea. WDCS provides advice on how to do this and ensure you and the animals get the best out of this experience.
